You can at least skip eps 11 and 12, you're not missing anything at all there. I'd say to skip this one, but you need SOME setup for S2. Thankfully season 2 seems to be turning out alright but basically this one is a wash. All in all the production team really dropped the ball on this one. It also was the slowest and action lacking arc of the season and is the only damn arc that should've been cut down to two episodes. The pacing issues continued through the end of the series with an unprecedented and unnecessary 4 part finale for girl E which is almost more than girls A B C and D got combined. I'm highly disappointed, and if episode 8 does nothing to curb these trends, I will be dropping this.It started off so well too.UPDATED:Finished this season and started on S2This season is more and more obviously becoming a throw away prequel in my eyes. Episode 7 was slightly better but both of these single episodes should easily have been a story arc at least 2 or 3 episodes in themselves. There was no build-up or well thought out resolutions. The animation quality was still good, but suddenly the story was rushed and heaped with mountains of exposition. The animation was above average, and the story seemed to be well paced. Then episode 6 came along. You can immediately tell when the producers just stopped caring. This anime started off very promising - Characters had their own twists without being too hackneyed. If you need information for a Poster - contact them. This is a review based on 7 of ? episodes. It ends with Chizuru announcing Yuuji's transfer, and Yumiko freaks out an outsider entering her group and saying she will never accept him. Then comes Sachi who was more robotic, they help her integrate and become less stiff, then some people paint some shit or something on the walls of the school saying they want them out, and Yumiko becomes extremely protective of her "home" It's not written bu Fujisaki, the main writer, so it's not very good but, it's the story of how Yumiko and the other girls first met and then opened to each other, Yumiko was the first student, then came Amane, who was pretty normal, then Michiru who was far more retarded, at first she went to the wrong (middle) school and didn't notice for some time, then Makina, who was extremely shy and almost didn't talk, they all help her out to become more open, especially Amane, (at this point it kinda contradicts the main story, since the moment Makina becomes more cheerful she acts like the usual Makina with all her speech mannerism, when that's supposed to be something she picked up from Amane) I mean, either of these would take several weeks of work (at least) on top of the pain-in-the-ass of translating sex scenes, which is something nobody likes doing to begin with.īasically if you want the Maitetsu h-scenes, your only option will be to grab the Japanese version and read them yourself. But that would also be a pretty immense undertaking and I can't imagine anyone out there being willing to do that. The other option is that someone could take all of Sekai Project's translated text, strip it out of their version, put it into the Japanese version of Maitetsu and then proceed to translate the h-scenes. But let's face it, that's going to be pretty much impossible for anyone to want to do. First is if someone goes through the original Japanese version and takes the code out of that engine for the after stories and puts them into Sekai Project's version along with all of the h-scenes and translates them. There's only two options that will give you the h-scenes back. It's simply not there for some other group to come along and translate. The version that Sekai is translating strips out the programming code for the "after stories" option.
